Berry-cado Juice

Many people have difficulty in having breakfasts regularly; they would skip them or eat simple ones because they have hard time getting early in the morning. Therefore, today I’d like to show you how to make a healthy juice that can be drunk conveniently yet provides rich nutrition and gives the feeling of fullness. Avocados, also known as wood butter, contain fatty acids essential for our body and are good for skin care.

Blueberries are one of the 10 super foods selected by Time; they contain ingredients that have antioxidant activity. Now, I will show you how to make berry-cado juice.

1. Ingredients : 2 cups of blueberries, 1 avocado, and 200ml yogurt

2. How to make the juice

A. Cut avocado in half and remove seed and rind.

B. Wash and keep blueberries clean.

C. Add yogurt and grind them with a hand blender

Too much avocado is apt to make the juice greasy, but addition of blueberries and yogurt will make the heavy taste light and refreshing.

Let’s start a healthy day today with a cup of berry-cado juice.
